24-Month Warranty

All Penelope Broadway jewellery is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that arise during normal wear.

What Is Covered

Under this warranty, we will assess and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund for items found to have a manufacturing fault.

Covered issues may include:

• Structural defects

• Loose settings due to manufacturing faults

• Clasps or fittings failing under normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Accidental damage, impact, or misuse

• Damage caused by improper care, alterations, or repairs carried out by a third party

• Loss of stones or damage resulting from normal ageing of jewellery

• Changes in appearance caused by regular wear, including scratches or patina

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces

Our warranty applies equally to made-to-order and bespoke pieces, provided the issue relates to a manufacturing fault. Bespoke items are otherwise subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
